Whiskey Canyon Sports Bar & Grill is a joint venture between Dan & Trina Cole, Ken & Elizabeth Cole, Jr., Guy & Lynn McCaw and Byron & Kim Seney. Oddly enough, not a single one of our eight founding partners were particularly interested in running or owning a restaurant. But back in 2014, there were no casual family-friendly eating establishments in town, and we were determined to have a place in Waitsburg where families could go get a meal together— even if we had to do it ourselves.

Built from the ground up on the site of the old White Stallion Restaurant, the WC broke ground in 2014 and was quickly discovered by passing travelers and sports enthusiasts as well as the Waitsburg community. Today we’re proud to offer great food and a place for people of all ages to have a fun time. We hope you’ll join us next time you’re in Waitsburg!
