Here are our current Whiskey Canyon Specialties. Our menu changes with the seasons so not all items are available all the time. Check back often for menu updates and specials!  Cheers

Chicken Strip Basket: Chicken strips fried until golden brown and served with your choice of fries, tots or onion rings

Fish & Chips: Beer battered chunky cod served with coleslaw plus fries and tartar sauce

Whiskey Canyon Clams: one pound of steamer clams cooked in our white wine/herb/butter sauce. Comes with garlic toast

Fettuccini Alfredo: fettucchini noodles cooked and drenched in our creamy, cheesy homemade Alfredo sauce. Ask your server about adding shrimp or grilled chicken

Country Fried Steak: served over garlic mashed potatoes smothered in country gravy served with seasonal vegetables and garlic toast

Steak Dinner: 8oz top sirloin grilled to order, with asparagus, mashed potatoes, bleu cheese sauce & onions. Option to add grilled shrimp skewer

All our dishes are cooked to the required minimum temperatures.
